- 2 oz (60 ml) Master of Mixes Mai Tai Mixer
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) ginger tea infused vodka
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 2 dashes rhubarb bitters
- Combine all ingredients in a Boston glass filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into chilled glass.
- *Ginger tea infusion is made using 4 bags of ginger tea infused in 750 mL bottle vodka.
