  • 1.5 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.5 oz Egg White
  • 0.5 oz Aperol

Directions

  • Combine first four ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake and strain into a hollow stemmed martini glass.
  • Add Aperol to the finished cocktail.
